Goose Joak, who creates some of the best looking photoshopped fantasy cards is making an entire set for 2009 that you can print out on your computer. Check it out, it's insanely awesome.

Any chance that you're interested in doing cards of the Pirates??? I think Dave from Fielder's Choice is doing the Rays, and Paul from Paul's Random Stuff is doing the Mets. I'm really excited about the prospect of collaborating like that. I could provide you two starter cards (one vertical, one horizontal) with the team colors, etc. I've got it template-ized so if you have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements, it should be fairly easy to go through. Just swap out a photo and edit the player name. Any interest?? Don't worry though, if it's not your cup of tea I completely understand!
