2009 Heritage Baseball Blaster

I stopped by Target again after work today 1) because it IS on the way, don't judge me and 2) because I had an irresistible urge to open some more Heritage. Ok you can judge me. I don't care I LOVE this year's set. So as I entered the card aisle I noticed the two Heritage retail boxes were still sitting there just as I had left them on Wednesday. Even the one I opened still had the shrink wrap half way on it. Huh. Guess nobody else in State College was in a hurry to buy any Heritage. Just as I was about to reach down and fish some more packs out of it something caught my eye. Heritage blasters! Hells yeah!! I immediately grabbed one and did a quick look to see if anything else was new. Nope. They still don't have any Topps blasters of any kind let alone grey throwbacks so I'm not going to worry about that for awhile. Who cares they have Heritage blasters! Not gonna make any promises as to when you can expect the videos but I will do my best to get them up sometime tonight.

I did the same thing today... They also had Topps Series 1, and I swore the throwback code was on there but I didn't have it with me so I left with my FIRST BLASTER OF 2009!!!

I am so excited to open it later. Make sure you get me a Pujols refractor, and I will get you a nice Pirates one.

Yeah I think the throwback code is 12-9 (last three numbers) but I'm not really worried about it until I complete my regular series 1 set! I am SO excited to open my Heritage blaster. I still have to shower, make dinner, watch PTI and Hardball, must wait, ...must ...wait I dunno if I can do this (ripping shrink wrap). If I get any kind of Pujols you will be the first to know. Oh by the way Hughes and the card-porn Jeter are on their way =) *laugh* they just said on ATH that the front row seats at the new Yankee stadium have no leg room or cup holders. oh well, nobody can afford to sit there anyway lol =)

I think the throwback Target Topps blasters have a 12 in the code instead of a 10.

I'm still seeking Heritage blasters. I've found two boxes of heritage at Target and bought a few loose backs. I hit a Masterson Real One auto yesterday. Pretty tough in retail, 1 in 570 packs. As I noted on my blog yesterday, I'm very happy that the Topps did away with those damn 3M stickers, which pack searchers have been using as an indicator.

Wow that's an amazing pull for retail. Congrats! Yeah I was confident with the three packs I bought the other day cause I opened the box. Otherwise I'm always weary.
